Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with 3+ years of accounting experience, advanced Excel skills, and strong analytical abilities. Attention to detail and tight deadlines are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Office Suite with advanced Excel analysis skills (i.e. Vlookups, Sumifs, Pivot Tables)
• Good oral and written communication and analytical skills
• Exhibits an exceptional standard of quality which includes attention to detail, organization and accountability for excellent results
• Detail oriented with strong analytical capabilities
• Proactive in investigating and resolving differences identified during reconciliation processes
• Must be able to work well with stringent deadlines and possess good organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, 3+ years Accounting experience

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and maintain capital expenditures records and financial statements
• Prepare monthly sales tax reports
• Prepare annual property tax reports
• Process payroll
• Assist with budgeting, taxes, consolidations, cost control and project control
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Complete month-end close and trial balance updates
• Prepare daily cash reports for HQ Treasury
• Support regional audits and internal controls
• Provide financial analyses and ad hoc insights
