Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, financial systems, financial reporting, and/or process improvement (including close support).
• ERP experience required (modern ERP platforms preferred).
• Experience with internal controls in a regulated environment (SOX exposure preferred).
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership; able to influence stakeholders without direct authority.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the functional owner of general ledger systems and related accounting processes; partner with Accounting, Finance, and IT.
• Drive process improvements and automation to strengthen controls and increase close efficiency.
• Support month-end/quarter-end/year-end close with system integrations, workflows, and reconciliations.
• Lead user acceptance testing and implementation support for GL/system upgrades impacting reporting.
• Support internal controls and audit requests by maintaining documentation and assisting with testing and remediation.
