Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of accounting experience; manufacturing or distribution experience preferred.
• Experience with general ledger accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and basic financial reporting principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries and accruals.
• Perform monthly balance sheet and bank account reconciliations.
• Assist with the monthly accounting close process and financial reporting.
• Process and support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoicing activities.
• Analyze inventory, fixed assets, account balances, and financial variances.
• Research and resolve accounting discrepancies and reconciliation issues.
• Develop, update, and document standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Partner with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate financial information.
• Support other accounting projects and responsibilities as needed.
