Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including all consolidations and analysis.
• Prepare financial schedules to support the 10K and 10Q prep.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and adherence to GAAP principles.
• Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Perform general ledger analysis.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and provide relevant insights for business decision-making.
• Support internal and external audit activities.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the finance department.
