Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Accountant for the Greater Cleveland Area. This hands-on role supports month-end through year-end close, prepares journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports, and aids cash flow forecasting.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, solid GAAP knowledge, and advanced Excel skills. ERP experience with NetSuite is highly preferred; manufacturing/distribution/inventory exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, general ledger accounting, and financial reporting.
• Experience with month-end close and account reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports.
• Assist with cash flow reporting and forecasting.
• Handle sales & use tax filings and compliance activities.
• Support inventory accounting, audits, and internal controls.
• Analyze financial data and resolve discrepancies.
• Recommend process improvements and operational efficiencies.
