Responsibilities

• Own and assist in weekly and monthly close duties, including bank and intercompany reconciliations.

• Manage accounts payable for one company and oversee AP processes.
• Maintain the fixed assets register and depreciation records.
• Administer corporate credit card platform and code expenses.
• Prepare financial reports and assist ERP-related inquiries and research.
