Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) is seeking an AP/AR Analyst to support North America Accounting. You will manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensure accurate cash applications, and assist with reconciliations and close activities.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to resolve invoicing issues. A Bachelor’s degree and ERP proficiency are required, with Oracle as a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in AP/AR or general accounting; experience across both preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel; Oracle experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices accurately and timely with proper approvals.
• Prepare customer invoices, credit memos, and cash applications; manage aging.
• Perform AP/AR reconciliations and month-end close activities.
• Identify discrepancies and drive process improvements across P2P.
