Husco is seeking a Staff Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations and participate in the annual budgeting process. You will support month-end close, assist with budgeting, monitor cash flow, and aid in audit and tax activities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and at least one year of experience, with strong Excel skills and a high level of accuracy in data entry. This position offers competitive pay, tuition reimbursement, a 401(k) match, generous PTO and holidays.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 1 year of experience in the field or related area.
• Understanding of accounting principles and proper accounting procedures.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products, including strong Excel experience.
• Speed and accuracy in data entry, with the ability to review/audit work.

Responsabilidades

• Completing Month End Process: Close and reconcile general ledger accounts with accurate journal entries.
• Assist with Budgeting: Help prepare annual SE&A Budget with department heads for current and next year.
• Oversee Cash: Provide weekly and daily cash updates.
• Assist with Audit and Tax Work: Support annual audit and tax processes, preparing audit workpapers and coordinating with departments and sister companies.
