Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required.
• 1–2 years accounting or related experience.
• Legal eligibility to work in the US.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages records of account entries by compiling and analyzing accounting activities.
• Maintains and prepares financial statements and other documents regarding the division's financial position for reports/audits.
• Reviews financial statements for completeness, accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Completes payroll change entries to reflect staffing changes.
• Contributes to annual budgets and performance projections to support growth.
• Monitors policies and suggests improvements for reporting and recording to meet business needs.
• Supports Division Controller, Assistant Division Controller and Operations Management on financial projects.
• Participates in training and other learning opportunities.
