Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting,Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-5 years bookkeeping/accounting support experience at an accounting/tax practitioner firm
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online & QuickBooks Desktop required

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting records for a portfolio of business clients
• Maintain bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online
• Process payroll for small business clients (Gusto/QuickBooks)
• Prepare tax support documents and assist with tax planning
• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for clients and coordinate deliverables
