Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of accounting experience, especially bank reconciliations or account management.
• Experience handling multiple bank accounts or high-volume transactions.
• Familiarity with general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor multiple bank accounts, ensuring accurate transaction recording and balanced ledgers.
• Complete reconciliations for bank and general ledger and research discrepancies.
• Review employee expense reports for proper coding and policy compliance.
• Support month-end and year-end close, including journal entries and account reviews.
• Assist with audit requests and maintain organized documentation.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve accounting questions and obtain missing information.
• Oversee expense management processes and maintain accurate system records.
