Job summary

Qualifications

• Complete bank and general ledger reconciliations and research any discrepancies.
• Review employee expense reports to confirm expenses are appropriate, properly coded, and follow company policies.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries and account reviews.
• Assist with audit requests and maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Work with internal departments to resolve accounting questions and obtain missing information.
• Help oversee expense management processes and maintain accurate system records.
