Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, financial reconciliation, AP/AR, or auditing.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and communicative skills.

Responsibilities

• Review transactions, invoices, and statements for discrepancies and ensure accuracy across records.
• Support audits by gathering documentation and investigating discrepancies.
• Document findings and prepare clear audit reports for management.
• Collaborate with AP/AR teams to collect data and resolve issues.
• Assist in improving accounting processes and internal controls.
