Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Knowledge of general financial accounting and cost accounting.
• Understanding of GAAP principles.
• Ability to prepare tax reports.
• Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Financial Controller's daily tasks and cost accounting.
• Reconciles bank accounts monthly for multiple bank accounts and revenue streams.
• Ensures accuracy of processing and monitoring incoming payments and posting receipts.
• Maintains and reconciles customer accounts and handles accounts receivable collections.
• Creates invoices and submits statements to customers.
• Performs tip account reconciliations and resolves irregularities.
• Gathers information from other departments to keep records up to date.
• Supports auditors with annual audit and year-end activities.
• Maintains knowledge of accounting practices and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
