Job summary

RX Global in Norwalk, CT is seeking a Staff Accountant to support key accounting operations and serve as the primary contact for Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense activities during a period of transformation and growth.

You will contribute to the monthly close, assist with the Oracle Fusion migration, and collaborate with stakeholders across finance to ensure accurate financial reporting and strong controls while delivering excellent service to internal partners.

Qualifications

• Proficient in accounting processes and reconciliations.
• Experience supporting AP, Travel & Expense, and general accounting.
• Ability to interact with stakeholders across finance functions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense.
• Assist employees with purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and vouchers on hold.
• Support employees with expense reports and corporate card matters, including policy questions.
• Review open PO and inactive supplier reports and follow up with stakeholders.
• Prepare and post timely journal entries for close processes (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in Oracle Fusion migration by reconciling legacy data and testing transactions.
• Support audits and participate in ad hoc analyses and reporting.
