Job summary

RX is seeking an Accounting Analyst to strengthen key accounting operations, acting as the primary contact for Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense activities. You will help with the monthly close, support an Oracle Fusion migration, and collaborate with finance partners across functions to ensure accurate reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense matters, coordinating with shared services and stakeholders.
• Assist employees with purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoice inquiries, and vouchers on hold.
• Support employees with expense reports and corporate card matters, including policy questions and payment issues.
• Review open purchase orders and inactive supplier reports and follow up with stakeholders.
• Prepare and post timely journal entries as part of monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Support Oracle Fusion migration by reconciling legacy data and validating mappings.
• Support audit requests and assist with ad hoc analyses and projects.
