Job summary

RX Global is seeking an Accounting Analyst to support accounts payable, travel & expense, and broader accounting operations in a fast-paced, global events business.

In this role you will contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual closes, assist with Oracle Fusion migration efforts, and partner across finance to deliver accurate financial reporting and timely service to employees and business partners.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting accounting operations, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable, Travel & Expense, and general accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense matters, coordinating with the shared services team and business stakeholders to resolve questions and issues.
• Assist employees and buyers with purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoice and payment inquiries, and vouchers placed on hold.
• Support employees with expense reports and corporate card matters, including policy questions, payment issues, and outstanding transactions.
• Review open purchase order and inactive supplier reports and follow up with the appropriate stakeholders.
• Prepare and post timely and accurate journal entries as part of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Perform detailed balance sheet account reconciliations, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with accounting policies.
• Assist in the migration to Oracle Fusion by reconciling legacy data, validating account mappings, testing financial transactions, and supporting month-end reporting transition activities.
• Support internal and external audit requests and participate in ad hoc analyses, reporting, and special projects.
