Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY is seeking an accounting professional to handle accounts payable, fixed assets, and purchasing card administration in a safety-sensitive role at our Little Rock facility.

Responsibilities include vendor setup, data entry, processing payments, depreciation, asset inventories, and maintaining monthly and annual reports while ensuring reconciliations and proper coding. Two years accounting experience and a bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred.
• Two years accounting experience.
• This position is deemed safety-sensitive.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable processing: vendor setup, invoice data entry, processing of payments (direct deposit and checks).
• Fixed Assets processing: setup/disposal, depreciation, annual inventory, reporting.
• Purchasing Card administration: order/cancel p-cards, train managers, maintain limits, site administration, coding of receipts, monthly/annual reports.
• Other responsibilities: account reconciliations, petty cash reconciliations, preparation of agency bank deposits.
