Job summary

Yondr is seeking a Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting, including general ledger, journal entries, and month-end close. The role also covers accounts payable/receivable and cross-functional collaboration to ensure accurate financial records.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, able to work independently, and comfortable meeting recurring deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with hybrid work options and strong internal controls focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years accounting experience; general ledger or public accounting preferred.
• Experience with journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Experience with ERP systems and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger and month-end close.
• Prepare and record journal entries; code transactions and ensure proper documentation.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes and reconciliations.
• Support internal controls and audit requests; contribute to process improvements.
