CFS, a Wisconsin-based organization, is seeking a Staff Accountant to support month-end close, fixed assets, and purchasing across a multi-site operation. You’ll leverage ERP tools like JD Edwards, ADP E-Time, and Palantir AI to automate workflows and improve reporting.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years public accounting audit or 3–4 years corporate accounting, a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, and strong Excel and reconciliation skills in a collaborative, community-focused culture.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2-3 years public accounting audit OR 3-4 years corporate accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Play a key role in month-end close activities, including account reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Manage fixed asset processes, capital additions, and system maintenance.
• Review and process purchase orders while ensuring accuracy and compliance within the ERP system.
• Support external audit activities and assist with special projects and process improvements.
• Partner with the team to enhance reporting and automate workflows utilizing Palantir AI and other technology tools.
