Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years accounting experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and financial reporting principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software.
• Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger activities.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely financial reporting.
• Analyze financial data, investigate discrepancies, and recommend solutions.
• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management functions as needed.
• Prepare financial reports and schedules for management review.
• Collaborate with internal departments to improve processes and maintain strong financial controls.
