Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Staff Accountant – Accounts Receivable to support financial processing, reporting, and analysis across the company. You will work with the finance team to manage accounts receivable and ensure accurate financial records.

• A two-year college degree (accounting preferred) or equivalent education/experience.
• Three to five years of employment in a related position (Finance/Accounting) with this company or other organization(s). Hospitality accounting is preferred.
• A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.
• Requires knowledge of the accounting, finance, and hospitality profession.

Responsibilities

• Support finance team members in management of Accounting Office functions.
• Prepare budget reports, work with energy conservation program, and take physical inventory at various locations within the company as requested.
• Work with real estate and personal property tax analysis when requested.
• Assist in dealing with fixed assets, TRN, and Kalahari statements.
• Create and maintain financial binders, bank reconciliations, audit schedules, and deal with billing issues when needed.
• Performs special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.

Staff Accountant – Accounts Receivable

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Staff Accountant – Accounts Receivable. In this role, you will perform financial information processing, reporting, and analysis of the company by performing the following duties personally or in conjunction with other accounting staff.
