Job summary

Exceptional Innovation in Westerville, Ohio seeks a detail-oriented candidate for a role focusing on accounts payable and receivable. You'll be responsible for data entry and tracking client payments while assisting with month-end reconciliations.

Job Description

Essential Job Functions

• Accounts payable
• Accounts receivable
• Expense categorization and classification
• Data Entry (Quick Books and Portal.io) Export Client Quotes into QuickBooks and Update
• Track and report on open invoice status for all client payments
• Assist with various month end account reconciliations
• Special research, data collection, data analysis and reporting projects, as requested by senior staff members
• Ensure all documents both physical and electronic are filed appropriately and maintained
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Requirements

• Working towards an associates or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related course of study, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Service-oriented team player, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels within the organization, external vendors and customers
• Demonstrated ability to maintain the integrity of company, confidential information and discretion to disclose such information properly
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required
