Job summary

Confidentiel is seeking a detail‑oriented accounting professional to manage daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy of the company’s books. You will run monthly Maxio revenue reports, assist with month‑end and year‑end close, prepare and post journal entries in accordance with GAAP, and compile reconciliation schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or similar field.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing the daily financial transactions and ensuring the accuracy of companies financial records.

• Assist with various ad hoc reporting schedules and analysis.
• Provide support for the annual audit.
