The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 3+ years of accounting experience, strong GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and ERP familiarity. Hourly pay ranges from $32.00 to $35.00 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.
• Experience with general ledger accounting and reconciliations.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• ERP system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger.
• Perform monthly account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Support preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Maintain fixed asset and depreciation schedules.
• Analyze account activity and investigate variances.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.
• Support internal and external audit requests.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy.

Pay Details
