  • Account for capitalized commissions in accordance with applicable accounting guidance, including amortization, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
  • Own key accounting areas, including cash, prepaids, fixed assets, and intercompany accounting, as applicable
  • Ensure transactions are recorded in accordance with company accounting policies and US GAAP
  • Partner with Accounts Payable, Payroll, FP&A, and operational teams to ensure complete and timely financial information
  • Assist with audit, tax, and compliance requests by preparing clear schedules and supporting documentation
  • Maintain organized accounting records, process documentation, and internal control evidence
  • Identify recurring issues or manual workarounds and recommend improvements to processes, controls, and systems
  • Leverage AI and automation to improve close workflows, reporting, and analysis, reducing manual work, increasing accuracy, and scaling the function
  • Contribute to ad hoc reporting, analysis, and special projects as the business evolves
What You Will Bring to the Table
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience; public accounting and/or high-growth company experience is a plus
  • Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and core accounting principles
  • Experience with month-end close, journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial-statement support
  • Working knowledge on building AI workflow agents is a plus
  • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills; experience with an ERP system such as Netsuite
  • Excellent attention to detail, sound judgment, and a consistent ability to meet deadlines
