Associates degree in Accounting or two to five years of related experience. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software. Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills, with excellent follow-through.
This position primarily works in a typical office setting but may involve exposure to extreme temperatures in a warehouse environment. The role may require extended periods of sitting, standing, and/or bending; listening, speaking, and visual concentration; and writing and/or computer use. The position typically provides routine opportunities to change physical position or shift eye focus. Lifting should not normally exceed 30 pounds.
Assists in all areas of the Finance Department, with a primary focus on grants, credit cards, account reconciliations, and month-end close.
