The role will focus on executing various aspects of financial accounting, including monthly close, preparing journal entries, account analysis, reporting, and account reconciliation activities, in accordance with established policy, procedures and objectives.Promote teamwork, knowledge sharing, support, and a positive attitude within the department and office. Participate in training opportunities to remain current on industry information, new product development, legislation, coverage, technology, and professional development, including continuing education. Perform other duties as assigned. **Skills & Experience to Be Successful:** Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Working knowledge of financial accounting. Proficiency in data entry and data management. Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office environment, including Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel.One to three years of full-cycle general ledger accounting experience. (preferred) Experience with Workday Financials. (preferred) Insurance brokerage experience.
