  • Support audit preparations and work closely with external auditors.
  • Partner with internal teams to streamline and optimize financial processes.
  • Drive efficiencies in reporting, reconciliation, and process automation.
  • Identify errors and inconsistencies in financial data and correct them before they become problems.
  • Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.

What you bring (required)

  • 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Expertise in month-end close, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
  • Deep understanding of GAAP accounting standards and financial reporting.
  • A detail-oriented mindset means you catch small mistakes before they become big ones.
  • Problem-solving skills—you don’t just spot issues, you find solutions.
  • Strong ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and accounting systems.

Nice-to-have (but not required)

  • CPA certification (or progress toward CPA).
  • Experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems.
  • Audit experience (external or internal).
  • Experience working with multiple entities in a corporate finance setting.
  • Background outside the software industry—we love diverse perspectives!

Why you’ll love it here:

  • Comprehensive benefits: 100% medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401k matching, and stock options
  • Customizable options: FSA, LSA, Pet Care, and additional life insurance
  • Work-life harmony: Flexible PTO and 10+ paid company holidays per year
