Job summary

Ledgent Finance & Accounting is seeking a Staff Accountant in Pleasanton, CA to support nonprofit organizations and government-contract financial operations.

You will manage financial statements, assist in budgets, reconcile accounts, and prepare reports, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of transactions using Sage 100 and Excel.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of accounting experience; five years preferred.
• Familiar with Grant billiing.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Sage 100 and Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: USD35 - USD40 per hour

Required Work Hours

Monday through Friday, 1st shift.
