Ledgent-Finance- is seeking a Senior Accountant in Chatsworth, California to support reporting, financial analysis, and compliance for a nonprofit organization. This role partners with leadership on complex financial reporting and ensures GAAP adherence.

You will manage general ledger reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, and grant accounting tasks, with a hybrid schedule offering strong work-life balance and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Grant accounting or nonprofit experience is a plus.
