TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking a Staff Accountant to join a collaborative accounting team and maintain the accuracy of the organization’s financial records. The role offers a consistent schedule and a path to a hybrid arrangement after training.
The position emphasizes reconciliations, month-end close, intercompany activities, and internal controls across inventory, manufacturing costs, fixed assets, audits, and general accounting.

We are seeking a Staff Accountant to join a collaborative accounting team and help maintain the accuracy and integrity of the organization’s financial records.
This full-time position offers a consistent Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule and the opportunity to transition to a hybrid arrangement after completing training.
Perform monthly balance-sheet reconciliations and prepare journal entries.
Support month-end closing, financial reporting, and internal-control activities.
Investigate variances between standard and actual production costs.
Reconcile physical inventory counts to the general ledger and assist with obsolescence reserves.
Reconcile benefit invoices, employee deductions, and related expenses.
Provide backup support for accounts payable posting and customer billing.
Track capital expenditures and maintain fixed-asset and depreciation records.
Audit plant equipment records and prepare supporting documentation for internal and external audits.
Prepare intercompany offset letters.
Respond to branch accounting requests and process sales commissions.
Partner with accounting and operational teams to improve processes and financial accuracy.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
At least three years of accounting or finance experience.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP formulas and PivotTables.
Working knowledge of sales and use tax.
NetSuite experience is preferred.
Strong analytical, mathematical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
High standards of confidentiality, integrity, and accountability.
Ability to work independently and effectively within a multicultural team.
