Ideal candidates have a bachelor's in accounting/finance and at least two years of staff accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure timely reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 2+ years of Staff Accountant or related accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and reconciliations.
• Experience supporting month-end close activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting or ERP software preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
