Responsibilities

• Knowledge of MIP Accounting system.
• Maintain current records of contracts and grants; prepare monthly/quarterly reports and budgets.
• Reconciliation and analysis of expenses; prepare accounts receivable and revenue.
• Process cash receipts, journal entries, and aging reports for contracts.
• Analyze expenditures relative to contract limits.
