Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong general ledger and financial reporting experience.
• Experience with multi-entity structures is preferred.
• Family office or private wealth accounting experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel/Power BI and ability to learn new accounting systems.
• High accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
• Discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger accounting, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage general ledger accounting, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reporting
• Maintain accurate accounting records across multiple entities and investments
• Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations
• Assist with cash management, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Coordinate with external CPAs, tax professionals, banks, and other advisors
• Support annual tax preparation and audit-related requests
• Research and resolve accounting discrepancies
• Assist with special projects and other financial needs of the family office

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong general ledger and financial reporting experience
• Experience working with multiple entities or complex account structures preferred
