You will own GL responsibilities across multiple accounts and collaborate with a seasoned accounting team valuing initiative and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience, with flexibility for related backgrounds.
• Real estate accounting experience (development, construction, property management, or investment).
• Strong general ledger experience across balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Hands-on involvement in month-end close and financial statement preparation.
• Ability to independently manage responsibilities, prioritize deadlines, and take initiative.
• Collaborative, low-ego approach with cross-team communication.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and accuracy.

What You'll Do

What You Bring

Location & Work Arrangement

This position is based near Oakland, CA, with an initial onsite training period. Hybrid flexibility may be available based on demonstrated independence and business needs.

Compensation

Base Salary: $95-115K annually plus bonus potential

This compensation range is a good faith estimate of the expected wage range you can expect to be paid upon hire.
