Job summary

Group O in Milan, IL is seeking a Staff Accountant to perform critical accounting functions in support of assigned business units. The role reports to Emily Nolan and is a full-time position in the Finance department.

Responsibilities include AP/AR review, bank reconciliations, GL entries and reconciliations, financial reporting, and budget/forecast preparation. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience.
• Ability to prepare financial statements and reconcile general ledger.
• Strong budgeting/forecasting skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Ability to follow work instructions and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Functions

• Accounts payable review
• Accounts receivable review

• Generating and analyzing financial reports

Supporting operations in accounting related matters:

• Providing financial reporting
• Reviewing invoices

Education/Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience.
