LHH is seeking a Staff Accountant to join its finance team. This on-site role will support the monthly close, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and day-to-day accounting activities for a growing, project-driven organization.

You will analyze variances, assist with financial reporting packages, and work with other departments to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with policies. This position offers stability and growth within a mid-Atlantic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2-5 years of accounting experience.
• Construction industry experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
