Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to support the preparation of financial statements and general ledger activity for multiple entities in a regional company. You will assist with reconciliations, month-end close, and financial analysis, while learning multi-entity accounting practices.

The role requires 1–3 years of accounting experience and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
• 1–3 years accounting experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements for entities, including balance sheets and P&L statements.
• Prepare journal entries and schedules for month-end close.
• Perform account reconciliations, including bank and general ledger accounts.
• Assist with daily bank and revenue reconciliations.
• Support analysis of financial data, trends, and budget vs. actual results.
• Maintain documentation for audits and internal reviews.
• Assist with special projects as requested by accounting leadership.
