Job summary

CFS in Delray Beach is seeking a Staff Accountant to join an onsite accounting team. You will manage routine and ad hoc financial activities, collaborate with teammates, and contribute to month-end close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is required.
• 2-4 years of accounting experience.
• Strong Excel skills and experience working with large volumes of financial data.
• Knowledge of GAAP and experience with ERP/accounting systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ad hoc financial reports, analyses, and accounting schedules.
• Assist with accounts payable processing and weekly payment activities.
• Perform reconciliations between subledgers and the general ledger.
• Support month-end reporting and financial statement preparation.
• Research and resolve accounting discrepancies, variances, and audit requests.
