Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and PivotTables.
• Experience with an ERP/accounting software.
• Microsoft Access experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.
• Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger.
• Complete bank and general ledger reconciliations.
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements.
• Handle invoicing and accounts receivable activities.
• Support budgeting and other accounting functions.
• Research discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records.
