Job summary

Mike's Carwash is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our Accounting Team at the Loveland Support Office. You’ll assist with month-end close, prepare financial reports, manage AR, and support payroll and tax filings.

We value accuracy, collaboration, and the drive to grow your accounting career. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required, with 0–3 years’ experience; proficiency in Excel and MS Office is a must. This is a full-time, in-person role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports, supporting schedules, and accounting documentation.
• Manage customer billing, payments, and accounts receivable reconciliations.
• Administer the company credit card program and assist with cash management activities.
• Prepare and analyze utility and detergent usage reports to identify trends and discrepancies.
• Support payroll processing, reviews, and reporting as needed.
• Assist with tax filings, property tax administration, and compliance documentation.
• Provide backup support for Accounts Payable and Purchasing functions.
• Collaborate with the Accounting Team on special projects and process improvements.

Mike's Carwash is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our Accounting Team at our Support Office in Loveland, Ohio!

This position is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their accounting career while gaining hands‑on experience in a variety of financial and operational functions. You'll work closely with our Accounting Manager to support daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and month‑end processes.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.

Position Details

• Location: Mike's Carwash Support Office – Loveland, OH
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
• Work Arrangement: Full‑Time, In‑Person
