Job summary

CFS in Chicopee, MA is seeking a Staff Accountant to manage accounts payable, billing, and month-end close activities. You will prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, and support financial reporting in a collaborative team.

• Process accounts payable transactions, reconcile vendor statements, and resolve discrepancies
• Generate customer invoices, maintain billing records, and support collections efforts
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations as part of the month-end close process
• Assist with year-end close activities and financial reporting
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with internal procedures
