Senior Aerospace SSP in California seeks an Accountant focused on the full accounts receivable cycle, including banking activities, month-end close, and reconciliations. This role also backs up the Accounts Payable team as needed.
Responsibilities include daily cash applications, AR reconciliations, leading weekly AR meetings, cash forecasting, intercompany reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting audits. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail required.
Summary: Performs general accounting functions with a primary focus on the full accounts receivable cycle, including responsibility for all banking activities, related month-end close processes and account reconciliations. Serves as the back-up to support the Accounts Payable team as needed.
