Staff Accountant | $30-$45/hr | Contract to Hire | Hybrid (Minneapolis, MN)

Our client is looking for a Staff Accountant to support daily accounting operations and help maintain accurate financial records across multiple functions. You will play a key role in ensuring transactions are processed efficiently, reconciliations are completed accurately, and critical financial processes continue to run smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to contribute within a collaborative accounting team.

Who You Are:

• 3+ years of accounting experience with exposure to a variety of accounting functions
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities
• Familiarity with payroll processes and employee expense reporting is a plus
• Comfort learning new systems, processes, and technologies in a changing environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
