Erickson Senior Living in Baltimore is seeking a Staff Accountant to join the Resident Capital Team. You will support communities or corporate departments with general ledger entries, account analysis, reconciliations and reporting, maintaining strong accounting controls.

The role offers a collaborative environment with opportunities for professional growth and a hybrid schedule that includes two remote days.

Formación

• Participate in the monthly close process, ensuring all reporting deliverables are completed on schedule
• Review and post journal entries, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Prepare assigned work papers and reconciliations
• Review internal financial statements, including variance analysis
• Support monthly cash accounting activity, wires, receipts, and bank reconciliation
• Ensure compliance with established policies

As a Staff Accountant, you'll support our communities or corporate departments with general ledger entries, account analysis, reconciliations and reporting, while maintaining an environment of strong accounting controls. By understanding your customers' needs and expectations, you'll ensure strong customer satisfaction while providing accurate and timely reporting.

Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 per year, plus eligibility for annual bonus
