ERW Companies is seeking a Staff Accountant in the Dallas–Fort Worth area to maintain accurate financial records, perform daily bank reconciliations, and support month-end close and audits. You will handle journal entries, general ledger analysis, and assist the Controller with financial statements.

• 1–3 years of accounting experience, including account reconciliations and journal entries.
• Working knowledge of GAAP and general ledger accounting.

Job Summary

As a Staff Accountant with ERW Companies, you will keep our financial records accurate and reconciled. You will handle daily bank and cash reconciliations, month-end journal entries, and general ledger analysis. You will also support the Controller with financial statements, reporting, and audits.

Additional Information

• This is a full-time, exempt position.
• The salary range is $55,000–$72,000 per year. Actual compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, certifications, and business needs. Most new hires start in the lower to middle portion of the range.
• This role follows a Monday–Friday schedule (hours TBD), with extended hours during month-end, year-end, and audits.
• This position is based in the Dallas–Fort Worth, TX area.
• Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a pre-employment background check.
