CFS in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Staff Accountant for a hybrid role. You will prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and roll-forward schedules, and support month-end close and consolidated reporting.

You’ll work with treasury, tax, finance teams, gain exposure to acquisitions/divestitures, and leverage AI accounting tools to streamline workflows. A Bachelor's in Accounting and at least one year of experience are required, with CPA/public accounting experience preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience.
• CPA and/or public accounting experience is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with AI-enabled accounting tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and roll-forward schedules.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close processes and consolidated financial reporting.
• Assist with accounting for acquisitions, divestitures, reserves, treasury activity, and borrowings.
• Perform detailed financial analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial statements.
• Support internal and external audit requests and maintain compliance with reconciliation policies.
