Procore Technologies is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead our production photogrammetry pipeline and drive scalable 3D reconstruction systems. You will report to the Director of Computer Vision and collaborate with cross-functional teams in Bay Area, CA or Austin, TX to set technical direction and shipping standards.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience building, shipping, and operating 3D Computer Vision or 3D Machine Learning systems in production.
- Proficiency in C++ for performance-critical execution and fluency in modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, evaluation, and deployment of the production photogrammetry pipeline (SfM, MVS, mesh reconstruction).
- Drive evaluation of emerging 3D reconstruction approaches and scalable performance.
- Optimize 3D systems for speed, accuracy, and robustness for high-volume workloads.
- Balance classical CV and learned approaches to choose best solutions.
- Own end-to-end investigations from triage to production rollout.
