Circa Las Vegas is seeking a Pool Specialist for Stadium Swim Facilities. You will perform routine and preventive maintenance across the property and maintain knowledge of pool operating systems, requiring a current CPO certification.

This role emphasizes safe chemical handling, water balance, and timely completion of work orders while communicating clearly with supervisors and teammates to ensure guest satisfaction and adherence to all safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance property wide.

• Brushing and vacuuming of all pools and spas.
• Work daily with hand tools and company owned power tools.
• Complete work orders as assigned through computer-based program.
• Effectively communicate details of work orders and follow up through to completion.
• Notify Supervisors of parts and inventory needs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow lawful direction from Upper Management.
• Understand and follow work and safety rules and procedures.
• Interact well with others and be a positive influence on Team Member morale.
• Responsible for adhering to all company and departmental policies and standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Must be 21+ years old
• One (1) year experience, preferably in a Hotel/Casino environment

PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols
• Manual dexterity to operate job related equipment
• Performance of job duties will require standing, walking, lifting, reaching, pushing, pulling and grasping.
• These tasks include the maintenance and care of assigned area.
• Constant contact with fellow Team Members
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time
